Neurodegenerativas<\/strong> y el <strong>Grupo de Neuroimagen Computacional<\/strong> del I<strong>nstituto de Investigaci\u00f3n Sanitaria&nbsp;Biocruces&nbsp;<\/strong>est\u00e1n buscando&nbsp;un\/una candidato\/a interesado\/a en realizar la tesis doctoral en Biomedicina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more-->Se busca un\/una candidato\/a con el siguiente perfil:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">- <strong>Grado en ingenier\u00eda, f\u00edsica o matem\u00e1ticas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">- <strong>Conocimientos<\/strong> en <strong>Computer Vision y programaci\u00f3n (Matlab, Python, R)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">- Nivel de <strong>ingl\u00e9s avanzado (<\/strong>demostrable con titulaci\u00f3n oficial&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;C1)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">- <strong>B<\/strong><strong>uen expediente acad\u00e9mico<\/strong> (nota media superior a 7.0)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Son dos grupos consolidados en el campo de estudio de las enfermedades neurodegenerativas y de neuroimagen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una de sus l\u00edneas&nbsp;principales de investigaci\u00f3n&nbsp;es la&nbsp;identificaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>biomarcadores&nbsp;de&nbsp;neuroimagen&nbsp;en formas gen\u00e9ticas de enfermedad de Parkinson&nbsp;<\/strong>y otras enfermedades neurodegenerativas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En concreto, ambos grupos colaboran en un proyecto&nbsp;<strong>longitudinal&nbsp;<\/strong>de neuroimagen<strong>&nbsp;en pacientes con Parkinson con m\u00e1s de 100 participantes iniciado en 2014<\/strong>&nbsp;y que&nbsp;est\u00e1 siendo financiado por el&nbsp;<strong>Instituto de Salud Carlos III, el Gobierno Vasco y la Fundaci\u00f3n Michael J Fox<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el momento actual estan buscando&nbsp;un\/una candidato\/a&nbsp;para&nbsp;<strong>aplicar a convocatorias de financiaci\u00f3n&nbsp;predoctoral&nbsp;de 2018<\/strong>&nbsp;(Gobierno Vasco,&nbsp;FPI de MINECO y otras ayudas&nbsp;predoctorales&nbsp;estatales).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\/la candidato\/a&nbsp;<strong>desarrollar\u00eda&nbsp;su tesis doctoral<\/strong>&nbsp;bajo la&nbsp;<strong>supervisi\u00f3n de I\u00f1igo Gabilondo&nbsp;<\/strong>(Neur\u00f3logo del Grupo de Enfermedades Neurodegenerativas)<strong>&nbsp;y Jes\u00fas Cort\u00e9s&nbsp;<\/strong>(F\u00edsico y Coordinador&nbsp;Grupo de Neuroimagen Computacional)&nbsp;en base a los datos del proyecto citado,&nbsp;trabajando&nbsp;con<strong>&nbsp;im\u00e1genes de resonancia magn\u00e9tica cerebral y tomograf\u00eda de coherencia \u00f3ptica de&nbsp;retina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
