The Aholab Signal Processing Laboratory is located at the 4th floor in the B building of the Faculty of Engineering (door P4B6).

The easiest access is through the entrance to B building in Luis Briñas Street, just in front of the Metro/RENFE station, close to the entrance to Termibus.

Arriving by Plane

If you arrive to Bilbao by plane there are two choices:

The A3247 public bus (€1.20) leaves the airport towards the “Termibus” bus terminal every 30 minutes, from 6:15 to 0:00. It also stops at Plaza Moyua. Time to get to the bus terminal is about 30-40 minutes.

The Airport Taxi service (aprox. 25€) takes about 20 min. depending on the traffic load.

Arriving by Road

If you are reaching Bilbao by the main highway A8, you should take the “West Exit” (“Bilbao Mendebala / Bilbao Oeste”). You will arrive through the tunnel to a roundabout, go straight and will pass under the ‘Bridgh Building’ of the Faculty. Take the most right lane and continue until you are in the main street Sabino Arana and there take the right lane to take “Simon Bolivar” Street. Then turn left and take “Jose Maria Escuza” street and then left again to take “Alameda Urkijo”. Follow straight until you reach the Stadium. To the left of the Stadium you will see the Faculty building. Close to the subway lift is the entrance to the Faculty parking lot (see the map above).

Location in Bilbao

AhoLab signal processing group headquarters are located at the Faculty of Engineering of Bilbao). This faculty is surrounded by some very known public buildings such as the Stadium San Mamés of the local football team (Athletic de Bilbao), the main bus station (Termibus), or the Hacienda Foral.

Close to the main entry of the Faculty is the subway station “San Mamés”, the tramway stop “San Mamés” and the RENFE Train Station of “San Mamés”.
